Underruff
BUT WAIT!!!!! Someone screamed inside you – is not a 100% line available? Did not you see the ♦ count when you crossed in ♦ A? You might argue that why should they give a count here, but in real life we give count for thousands of defensive situations and we generally do that by our habit. I can assure you that almost no one will give the false count at second trick. If that is true then you know your RHO is dealt with 5♥ and 2♦ and he can either have 3♣ 3♠ or 4♣ 2♠ ( other distributions are not supported by bidding and you can not make the contract for those distributions). So please win ♣ K and ruff a ♣ , ruff ♥ and ruff another ♣, if ♣ A does not appear, carefully cash your ♦ K and ruff 3rd ♥. On 4th ♣ when your RHO ruffs high (he has to do that to prevent you from getting the 10th trick) you smartly discard your remaining ♥ and claim the contract, you need not under ruff this time.
